          DIET:     Now a days many fat people trying to diet their body, because they suffering from                                      some medical problems like sugar,BP and back pain like that. Convincing food                                 culture and maintaining healthy weight can be tough. and losing weight is also                                    tough, if you have tried and failed to lose weight then you may believe that diet don't                                work for you, traditional diet not work at least not in the long term.
                      
                        A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve overall health.  a health diet                                  provides the body with essential nutrition, fluid adequate essential amino acids from                            protein, essential fatty acids,vitamins, minerals and adequate calories. The                                           requirements for a healthy diet can be met from a variety plant based and animal based                         food. A healthy diet support energy needs and provide for human nutrition without                               exposure to excessive weight gain from consuming excessive amounts.
                   
                 There are some healthy tips for dieting

  •  Reduce sugar.
  • Eat plenty of colorful fruits and vegetable.
  • Eat in front of TV or eat at our desk while were working.
  • Eat more healthy carbs and whole grains .
  • Take a charge of your food environment.
  • Add calcium for bone healthy,
  • drink plenty of water.
